Cyera, a New York-based data security startup, has raised $300 million in a Series D funding round, led by Accel and Sapphire Ventures, bringing its valuation to $3 billion—more than double its previous $1.4 billion valuation from its Series C in April.
Founded in 2021, Cyera specializes in AI-powered data security, helping companies understand, manage, and secure their data across complex digital environments. With AI initiatives becoming increasingly integral to businesses, Cyera has now raised a total of $760 million to date.
Enfabrica Raises $115 mn Series C to Unveil Groundbreaking ACF SuperNIC Chip for AI Networking.
Spark Capital led a $115 million Series C round for Enfabrica, an AI networking chip startup based in Mountain View, California, with participation from Arm Holdings and Cisco Investments.
This funding comes 14 months after a $125 million Series B round, which included investment from Nvidia.
Enfabrica is creating the ground-breaking ACF SuperNIC chip, which is essential for modern AI workloads because it optimizes data flow between AI chips.
Partior Series B Funding Reaches $80 mn on Deutsche Bank Investment.
Deutsche Bank, a German banking conglomerate, participated in Partior’s second Series B funding round, raising a total of $80 million over the series.
Founded in 2021, Partior began Series B fundraising in June 2024 after closing a successful Series A round at $31 million in 2022. To date, the firm boasts more than $111 million raised across both series.
Standard Chartered Bank reportedly led its A series, with founding shareholders JPMorgan Chase, DBS Bank, and Temasek participating. Peak XV Partners led the Series B round.

Polychain Capital led a strategic funding round for Talus Network, a high-throughput blockchain protocol for decentralized AI agents, raising $6 million at a $150 million valuation.
Foresight Ventures, Animoca, Geek Cartel, and Echo also participated in the round alongside angel investors, including Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal, Sentient core contributor and Symbolic Capital co-founder Kenzi Wang, 0G Labs CEO Michael Heinrich, Allora Labs CEO Nick Emmons, and Nuffle Labs co-founder Altan Tutar. The round opened during the summer and closed at the end of Q3.
